DICA is a small operation and says so. There is no queue, no ticketing system, and no sales team — messages reach a person. Corrections and objections are as welcome as enquiries, and the register entries below are published whether or not we agree with them.
Questions about Part A, clause interpretation, or how a provision applies to a particular agreement. This address survives any change of role, so it is the one to cite in correspondence.
To raise an entry in the limitations register. Anyone may — jurisdictions, applicants, reviewers, opposing experts. Submissions and their disposition are published, including those rejected and the reason. An entry may not be closed by the person who raised it.
Everything else, including adoption, pre-determinations, and anything commercial.
We do not advise on whether a project should be approved, we do not act for an applicant and a jurisdiction on the same project, and no fee we charge is indexed to the amount of assurance a determination produces. If you are asking for any of those, the answer is no and it will be quick.
