Every version that was ever cited stays resolvable.
An executed development agreement names a specific version of Part A. That citation has to work for as long as the agreement runs, which may be thirty years. Superseded versions are therefore never removed and never repointed — only marked.
- added§17.3 — reservation of evidence classes E1 to E3 to the accredited assessor of record. An automated reading may propose such a class but may not assign it.
- added§17.3 — digest binding as a precondition of any class above E5. An input citing no stored artifact cannot be classed above E5.
- added§17.5 — re-verification. Where a bound artifact is amended or withdrawn, every input bound to it is demoted and the determination marked stale.

A determination names the parameter set and engine build it was computed under, and an agreement names the version of Part A it was executed against. A later revision does not reach back into an executed agreement unless both parties agree in writing.
The minor number changes when normative text changes. The patch number changes for corrections that do not alter a requirement. Clause anchors are stable across patch versions, so a citation to §17.3 continues to resolve.
A superseded version remains a valid basis for an agreement executed against it. A withdrawn version contained a defect material to the determination and should not be relied upon, whether or not an agreement cites it.
